SALES REPRESENTATIVES (all locations)
In-home sales
- Outstanding sales support with pre-confirmed appointments
- Pre-paid commissions and monthly bonus opportunity

INSTALLERS (all locations)
Install storm shutters
Roll-a-way is seeking technicians to install storm shutters on residential and commercial structures. We offer an in-house training program for interested individuals who qualify – so whether experienced or just learning the trade – there is a career opportunity for you. - Aluminum or window experience helpful
- Scaffold work
- Truck and tools required; truck allowance
- Year round work
- Potential earnings $500 - $1,000 weekly
Intaller Training Program
- 3 week training program for qualified candidates
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Have valid drivers license.
- Permanent assignment requires truck and tools
- Offers attractive pay package based on skill level

All technicians are full time, factory trained employees of the company.
PRODUCTION (St. Petersburg and Pompano Beach)
Assemble storm shutters
- Experience with small hand tools helpful
- Basic math and ability to read rule required
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. minimum; some positions require up to 100 lbs.
- $7.50 per hour; $1.00 per hour shift differential (2nd shift St. Pete only)
- Overtime opportunities
APPOINTMENT SETTERS (St. Petersburg)
Set leads for product sales presentation in the home
- Full or part time; day or evening
- No selling
- Automated dialer
- $9.00 per hour plus daily spiffs and sales bonus opportunity
