Roll-a-way authorized dealers are independent businesses and make their own decisions regarding how to market, advertise, promote and sell Roll-a-way products. Each dealer sets its own prices. Dealer prices are subject to change. All sales are between the selling dealer and you - Roll-a-way is not in any way connected with the sale.
Roll-a-way Dealer’s are independent, authorized businesspersons that purchase products and components made available through Roll-a-way, as a manufacturer, and perhaps others. Such Dealers are neither agents, contractors, representatives nor employees of Roll-a-way. All customers have the responsibility to investigate and ensure that said Dealer has the skills and qualifications necessary to meet their needs on a given project and to perform in a workmanlike manner.
The Dealer is solely responsible for ordering products that comply with applicable live loads, wind loads, and building code requirements, and owner must verify these requirements with the local building official.
All customers must rely solely on their own investigation when selecting a vendor or contractor. Customers must also compare vendors and contractors so that they are completely satisfied with the price, quality and timeliness of the job. Roll-a-way, the Manufacturer, is not, nor will be involved in its Dealer installation, nor are they responsible for any representation or agreement between Dealer and Buyer concerning delivery, installation, modification or other items that are between the parties thereto.
The Dealer is responsible for carrying adequate insurance for all risks of loss, damage or injury before, during and after installation and for hiring sub-contractors that carry adequate insurance, including worker’s compensation insurance.
Dealer is responsible for all safety procedures, and should follow all applicable rules and regulations as well as standard industry safety procedures, and is responsible for selecting workmen and subcontractors with the experience necessary to complete the installation in a safe and workmanlike manner.
