Q. What sizes of posts are in stock?  Can I order a non-stock size?

A. Stock sizes include ½" X 1 ½", 1 X 2, 1 X 3, 2 X 2, 2 X 3, 2 X 5, 3 X 4, and 3 X 6. These sizes are available in all our stock colors. We generally do not order special sizes, although we have made exceptions for large orders.

Q.  I cannot locate my shutter size on the price grid. How do I price this out?

A. Oversize shutters require special engineering. You will need to call and ask Dealer Support to engineer the specifications of the shutter and to assist you with the pricing.

Q. I am working with an architect and he wants to conceal a shutter within the walls of the building. I didn't see any reference drawings on the web site. What do I do?

A.  Please call Dealer Support and we will fax out details to meet your specific application.
