- Stacking of blades equal 1" per foot.
- Locking blades with an over all 5.75" measurement.
Wheels :
- Wheels nylon.
- Wheels supported by stainless steel carriage.
- Wheel and carriage assembly attached to blades using # 14 x 3", 410 stainless steel screws.
Ferrules :
- Nylon bushing that works as a guide for the blade operation.
- Ferrules are attached to blades using #14 x 3", 410 stainless steel screws.
- Ferrules go up against a washer at the ends of blades.
- Ferrules transfer wind loading to the tracks when the shutter is under load.
Operators :
- The accordions are manually unfolded across the opening.
- Solid ½" aluminum locking pins hold the unit open and assist during closure.

Posts / Build - outs : white, ivory, or bronze standard colors with ESP finish
Extruded aluminum 6063 - T6 alloy. Hollow horizontal tube. Structural support post that allows for field conditions when the installation requires build-out. The posts can be drilled and attached to walls or can be designed to be free standing by using post base plates. Sizes, shapes and attachment are determined per application.

Angles : white, ivory, or bronze standard color with ESP finish
The angles consist of extruded aluminum 6063 - T6 alloy . The angles are used as a support on top of the accordion tracks, or provides a stop on the sides of the shutter. Sizes, shapes and attachment are determined per application.
